The schrader valve core tool are used to secure a valve core into the stem of a schrader valve assemply.
Schrader valves are used on virtually every motor vehicle tyres in the world today to hold pneumatic pressure in the wheel and tyre assembly, either through a tube or on a tubeless setup. This valves let air flow in one direction at a time and as needed for filling up or deflating a tyre and wheel assembly.
A Schrader valve consists of an externally threaded hollow cylindrical metal tube, typically of nickel plated brass. In the center of the exterior end is a spring loaded metal pin pointing along the axis of the valve stem; the pin's end is approximately flush with the end of the valve body and is referred to as the core. The core is screwed on to the stem using a tool known as valve core key.
Also referred to as "valve key" in some areas in Kenya.
The tool is like a screw driver so fits nicely in your hand to give good grip if you need it.
